(2001) An azalea from the Gregory Bald area on the North Carolina/Tennessee border, where the plants are known to freely hybridize and may have flowers of various shades of red, orange and yellow. This plant is located on the trail, in the area adjoining (north) of the Kellam area, near the Kellam sign.
