Rhododendron ‘Van Nes Sensation’ #2

(Before 1980) A widely planted hybrid in the original Glen plantings in the seventies. It has pale lilac flowers, shading to white and is located just off the trail, in the area containing the Hemlock grove and Short Branch on the southside. It is close to the Short Branch and the Hemlock grove to the northside.
