This site was developed out of projects completed in a course “Oral History and Memory and Exploring Local Food Systems” (HIST 6300-090) taught by Dr. Karen Flint in the Fall of 2019. This was a methodology course that focused on an important but often overlooked tool of the historian’s trade—conducting oral histories.
