(2012) This plant is located in a small area bounded by the Stone Bridge Trail and the Hickory Gap and Long Branch East Trails leading to the Stone Bridge. It is located on the trail, just south of R. 'Nova Zembla'.

Rhododendron 'Yelton 74'

Rhododendron (Location: Hickory Gap Eastside)
(1974) This plant is located in a small area bounded by the Stone Bridge Trail and the Hickory Gap and Long Branch East Trails leading to the Stone Bridge. It is one of the early plantings and has a brass label. It is a large rhodo, off the trail, just north of the huge unlabelled rhodo that extends from the rock outcropping to the Hickory Gap Trail.

(Before 1980) This plant is located in a small area bounded by the Stone Bridge Trail and the Hickory Gap and Long Branch East Trails leading to the Stone Bridge. The original plant is located off the trail, on top of a rock outcropping. It may be the largest rhodo in the Glen, having spread in every direction extensively, with one branch extended to the Hickory Gap Trail.

(2008) This plant is located in a small area bounded by the Stone Bridge Trail and the Hickory Gap and Long Branch East Trails leading to the Stone Bridge. It is on the trail at the intersection of the Giant Oak Trail and the Hickory Gap Trail. The accession number is 08-V-028.
